SpacemiT K1 SoC

The K1 is a SoC used on several boards. It has the following main features:

  • 8x SpacemIT X60 Hearts
    • RV64IMACFDCV
    • Full Vector 1.0 Support, 256bit Wide
    • 32KB Instruction Cache
    • 32KB Data Cache
    • 1.5GHz maximal operating speed
    • SV39 Virtual Memory Support
  • 512KB Shared L2 Cache for each cluser of 4 cores (1MB total)
  • IMG BXE-2-32 GPU
  • Unknown Display Controller
  • Unknown HDMI Transmitter
  • 2x Gigabit Ethernet
  • USB 3.0 Root Hub
  • 3x PCI Express 2.1 Roots
